Being a Sales Support, you will be supporting the sales team in processing customer orders, entering orders into the system, generating shipping documents and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment and act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, responding to inquiries, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or questions clients may have regarding shipments, rates or logistics processes. You are always open to search potential clients and market trends to identify new business opportunities and support the development of sales strategies.
Depending on the request, generate sales reports, analyse data and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth, also assist in resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, working with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and customer experience optimization within the sales support function, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions and ultimately contributing to the company’s success in the competitive freight forwarding industry.
